BANDCAMP is a site that let’s artists reap most of the income from their music. Bandcamp is where i release my music along with all the usual places–Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc. Every now and then they have Bandcamp Friday and let artists keep 100% of sales. If there’s a song you like, or an album you want, if you get it today, the money goes to the artist. Lots of famous singers and songwriters are there, but also independent artists (like yours truly!). If I have a song you like, if you buy it today, it will likely end up with my grandkids, but ISN’T THAT BETTER THAN A FACELESS CORPORATION?
